The Supreme Court denied habeas corpus and kept the preventive arrest of retired judge Francisco Eclache Son , accused of killing his wife, Magdalene Dotto Nogara with three shots on the night of 07/22/2014 in the city of Restinga Seca, RS where they lived. The judge is still in special prison in the group of Special Operations of the Military Police of Porto Alegre.
The magistrate was arrested preventively when involved in a car accident on the run. The Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul , as the STJ and now the Supreme Court refused to release the murderer , even on the grounds of old age defense of the judge , 67, and his state of health.
